Tímea’s decades of experience in marketing management comes largely from the IT industry, having worked at Sun Microsystems, Microsoft and the Association for the Digital Economy in Hungary (IVSZ). Starting in enterprise segment marketing, as a server business unit manager, then as a partner strategy and program director, marketing communications and operations manager, she has built well-functioning and successful marketing teams and business units. After professional, business and organizational development of the data-driven marketing agency Nitro, he now serves as the marketing lead for a national EdTech startup. His personal mission is to ensure that the role and added value of marketing is increasingly recognised and put in place in more and more companies, whatever their size, profile and maturity. He enjoys working to shape the mindset of business decision-makers, develop marketing professionals and ensure that marketing teams work together effectively.

15+ years of HR leadership experience in Hungarian owned and multinational companies, SMEs, government, startup and scaleup companies in IT, tech, green tech, manufacturing, automotive and retail industries.
Several years of experience in leading HR organizations, HR process agility, change management, HR process consulting, leading organizational development projects, senior management consulting, full company closures, outplacement, rapid staff expansion, HR systems implementation, L&D program implementation, payroll outsourcing and recruitment. Barbara is currently based in Austria, People & Culture Manager in Vienna for Austria’s market leading green tech scale-up company developing e-car charging station network solutions. Barbara is also training manager and OD consultant for KÜRT Academy on Agile HR.
In the last years Barbara has developed herself in the following trainings: ICAgile Certified Professional – Agility in HR, Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs, Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership Essentials, Gustavo Razzetti Culture Design Masterclass, Gustavo Razzetti Build A Fearless Culture Program.

Barbara Schmidt
HR / People & Culture leader, coach, organisational development and management consultant, certified agile HR expert, KÜRT Academy training leader
Second generation entrepreneur, head of the KÜRT Academy, owner. He works with first and top managers and owners of companies to significantly improve their strategic and management effectiveness, collaboration and value creation. His interests focus on the interplay between human nature and technological efficiency.
Previously, he led the research and development business at KÜRT Information Security and Data Recovery Ltd., and before that, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at USAnotebook.com. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technical management with a major in entrepreneurship and a master’s degree in organizational development and coaching with a major in innovative team development.
His social responsibility included renewing the leadership of the KÜRT Foundation High School and founding the Association of Responsible Family Business in Hungary in 2009, of which he has been a board member since then. In recognition of his achievements, he was elected to the board of the Family Business Network International Next Generation in 2010 and to the board of the European Family Businesses Association in 2011. He has since led owner-leader exchange programmes in all three organisations.
Tamás Kürti

As an experience designer, Bence helps curious teams solve great problems, create meaningful, usable and desirable digital products and material services. Meanwhile passionately observe how the power of design can motivate and manipulate the everyday life of mankind. Previously, as head of the startup program at Kitchen Budapest, co-organizer of Mobile and Social Picnic, and co-founder of Colabs, he was searching for the relationships between idea, team and implementation, which is a recipe for successful startups.
Bence Bogár

Engineer, Senior Consulting Partner at KÜRT Academy, startup- entrepreneur, 33 years of experience in IT. He worked as a manager at Microsoft Corporation, managing the enterprise business for 7 years and then lead the local Microsoft subsidiary for 7 years as CEO. He then spent 3 years at Microsoft’s regional headquarters in Munich as COO for the enterprise business. He has worked as a startup entrepreneur and was Vice President of the IT Business Association for 7 years, leading the IT chapter. He participated as a technical lead in the development of the Export Strategy of the Digital Wellbeing Programme. In 2016 he joined the KÜRT Academy, which he led from 2018 to 2023. He is currently a Senior Partner of KÜRT Academy, an expert in leadership, strategy and digital transformation.
Péter Vityi

“Consciousness is my vocation” – Levente’s original background is in cognitive science and Buddhism, but for the last decade he has been working in the field of artificial intelligence as a consultant, university professor,research manager and technology director. Although his main focus is in the area of natural language processing, as a manager he also focuses on the business application of the technology, both in theoretical research and practical implementation, and as a consultant he helps clients realise the opportunities created by AI.
Levente Szabados

Economist, expert in digital transformation and organizational agility. He is currently the executive director of the Hungarian Energy Efficiency Institute.
He has more than two decades of experience in the information technology industry in system integrator, digital product development and various management roles. He specializes in technology-based innovation and the practical application of lean/agile methodologies.
Instructor of the “digital economics” course at the Széchenyi István College.
Szabolcs Mizsei
Managing Director, MEHI; Digital transformation expert and course leader, KÜRT Academy
He started his career at Budapest University of Technology (BME), intending to become a researcher, until the regime change swept him away and forced him into a business career. Over almost 25 years, he has worked in almost every area of the oil industry, both at home and abroad, managing refineries and running commercial organisations, but always returning to the biggest challenge of the oil industry: the total optimisation of the value chain. Today, full-time, he wants to make the world a better place by spreading Lean methods in petroleum refining and in other areas of life.

Ágota Lénárt is a psychologist, psychotherapist, teacher, sport shooting coach, associate professor at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science of Semmelweis University. She has been working with the current Hungarian Olympic Team since 1987, dealing with the psychological preparation of athletes. She prepared more than thirty athletes, including Krisztián Berki, Dániel Gyurta, Éva Risztov, Tamás Kulifai, Hedvig Karakas, Zsófia Csonka and Richárd Bognár.
