AGILE JETPACK FOR LEADERS

9 EVENTS, 40 HOURS IN TOTAL

In our Agile Jetpack for leaders course, you learn from practicing professionals and successful leaders, who managed company transformations. They share their own, well-tried methods and tools, specifically the resources of Lean, Lean Startup, Scrum, Gemba and Digital product development, showing the actual roles of these tools in business and the good and bad experiences in their daily utilization.

Intelligent Marketing

The role of the modern marketing professional is complex: they need a broad understanding of the customer-centric marketing approach, a constantly evolving knowledge of marketing technology and a deep knowledge of specific fields. They need to evolve from specialists to T-shape marketers - our training supports them in this.

Agile Transformation

6 sessions, 24 hours

We welcome managers, coaches, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), senior project specialists who are expected to manage the agile transformation of a company to our Agile Transformation Training. Professionals who know the goal, but have encountered difficulties or are unsure of how to approach a large company's agile reorganization.

Olympians’ toolkit for top managers

In our 'Olympians' Toolkit for Top Managers' training you can learn about the psychological tools successfully used by Olympic champions with the help of Ágota Lénárt. Meet Olympic champions live and learn how the theory was put into practice by them.

Design Thinking

Human-centered creative design can be a great complement to agile operations, which enables the speed of innovation in an unstable environment, because design thinking helps organizations in the creative phase of product or service development. In our intensive, experience-based training, we teach participants this design method.

Scrum Master Training

6 sessions, 36 hours*

Our zero to hero Scrum Master training will take you from the agile basics to a successful international exam. You will learn about the most important roles, events, documents, get to try out situational exercises, and in addition to exam preparation sessions, we will take you out in the field where you can learn live from experienced Scrum Masters.

Ágota Lénárt is a psychologist, psychotherapist, teacher, sport shooting coach, associate professor at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science of Semmelweis University. She has been working with the current Hungarian Olympic Team since 1987, dealing with the psychological preparation of athletes. She prepared more than thirty athletes, including Krisztián Berki, Dániel Gyurta, Éva Risztov, Tamás Kulifai, Hedvig Karakas, Zsófia Csonka and Richárd Bognár.
