Training professions of the future, building future-proof organizations. In our corporate consulting programs and open trainings we provide both objective knowledge and an approach that helps maintaining the competitive advantage even in continuously changing markets and unexpected situations.
How we work with companies
Based on the business goals of our customers, we have been helping listed and private, large and medium-sized companies' top and middle managers and their teams with complex development programs for more than 10 years. According to our experience the most successful companies are able to take advantage of the opportunities arising from the three most significant and rapidly changing – technological, social and professional – megatrends, while also serving the basic business, customer, employee and owner needs that are essential for maintaining a "traditional" business.
At the KÜRT Academy, we look for answers to the challenges of the owner and the top and middle management teams from 4 aspects:
- How do market opportunities from changing customer needs and changes in business models affect the planning and implementation of the corporate STRATEGY?
- How are senior and middle management teams able to navigate uncertain situations, accept ambiguity and avoid quick but ill-founded solutions? With what kind of CULTURE are they able to create stability, resilience and commitment in this DISCOVERY mode by involving and empowering employees?
- Which MANAGEMENT methods prove effective for the development of BAU - Business as Usual - activities, and which are suitable for managing innovation, finding and developing the products and services of the near future?
- How will the organization be able to apply new, but already proven TECHNOLOGIES and DATA and, as a result of these, to regularly rethink the business model describing value creation?
We provide knowledge and community in our open courses
KÜRT Academy has become a key institution and trend-setter in the ever-changing education market. By combining traditions and innovations, we develop a training portfolio tailored to the latest expectations with a strong focus on real-life experience and practice in the following areas:
- Technology and data
Being data-driven is not just a technology issue – it also affects strategy, operations and corporate culture, if a company takes advantage of the potential in data.
- Agile methods
Students who participate in our agile trainings lasting a few days can master a specific role or methodology.
- Leadership and strategy
Our courses, which cover several areas - including HR, marketing, e-commerce or family business - give experienced professionals and managers a comprehensive picture and approach.
Our experts and lecturers are not educators in the classical sense, but senior professionals, leaders, managers, decision-makers who have first-hand experience in the subject they deliver. We believe that there are many ways to learn, but it is best in a professional community where, in addition to an ongoing dialogue, there is an opportunity to put the content into practice immediately.
|Our trainings are also available in private form, customized for company teams and specific corporate challenges, and in English. Please contact Kata Tóth, firstname.lastname@example.org for futher information.|
