Agile is a combination of an approach, a set of values and a set of processes - therefore can only be implemented through a multidisciplinary approach.
The implementation of flexible operation means the same approach and values in terms of corporate activities, but different solutions in terms of processes. The LEAN work organisation is used to improve the already established value stream, the Agile Scrum framework is applied for product development, and the LEAN Startup and Design Thinking methods are used to build new businesses.

In the preliminary meeting we will clarify the areas to be developed, if required we will help you to put together the team(s). The team will be supported in their day-to-day work to bring them to a level of proficiency in the use of agile.
